Meet Thad – Your Guide to Ageless Motion
I’m Thad, the founder of Ageless Motion and Wellness, and I’m passionate about helping people age gracefully while maintaining pain-free mobility, balance, and a full range of motion. My approach is rooted in science, experience, and a deep fascination with fascia—the connective tissue that plays a crucial role in movement and adaptability as we age.
My journey into functional mobility began with a personal goal: reducing knee pain and improving recovery times so I could stay active. Discovering the power of foam rolling was a game-changer, sparking a lifelong pursuit of evidence-based methods to optimize movement and longevity. The more I studied functional mobility, the more I became captivated by the role fascia plays in both physical and mental well-being, ultimately leading me to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Ageless Motion and Wellness was born from my desire to share these discoveries and help others move freely, without pain, through a body-neutral approach tailored to individual needs.
My Background & Credentials
With an MBA, an M.S., and 30 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, and leadership, I’ve always been driven by problem-solving and innovation. However, my passion now lies in movement science—helping others stay active, resilient, and pain-free for life. I have practiced various martial arts since 1981 with certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, flexibility, and tai chi.
